Available Positions
Director of Nursing (DON)
Plan, organize, develop, and direct the operation of our nursing service department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Assess and identify the needs of the residents, oversee and initiate treatment plans, proceed with implementation of treatment plans, monitor the resident’s plan and treatment, and supervise nursing team.
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Observe residents, report and document changes in a patient's condition, and perform basic assessments. Additionally, measure vital signs, perform medical treatments, and administer prescribed medications as per the care plan of the residents.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
